1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tockenvault.com, downloading, embedding, or executing token-vault.js, or registering an account through Google Authentication, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

B. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click directly via the Lemon Squeezy customer billing portal or from within the TokenVault dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid benefits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which no further charges will occur.

C. 14-Day Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your TokenVault subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase by contacting omnidesk03@gmail.com. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed via Lemon Squeezy within 3–5 business days.

4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

Engage in any denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attack or deliberately overload TokenVault telemetry ingest endpoints.
Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any non-public proprietary backend routing logic or security mechanisms of the TokenVault service.
Bypass, forge, or tamper with cryptographic verification headers, license tokens, or account tiers to obtain unauthorized access.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, distribution of malicious payloads, or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Third-Party AI Providers & Warranty Disclaimers

TokenVault functions as optimization middleware sitting between your application and third-party AI providers (including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq, and Mistral).

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE SERVICE, THE SITE, AND THE TOKEN-VAULT.JS SDK ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

We do not warrant or guarantee the availability, uptime, latency, or model accuracy of third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI outages, Anthropic rate limits).
Cost savings calculations and projections are algorithmic estimates based on standard public provider pricing matrices. Actual billing may vary with custom enterprise provider discounts, volume tiers, or provider price revisions.
You are solely responsible for testing generated configuration files and middleware behavior in non-production staging environments prior to production rollout.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TOKENVAULT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDER OVERAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO TOKENVAULT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The TokenVault brand, trademarks, domain names (including tockenvault.com), graphic interfaces, visual designs, and proprietary middleware architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of TokenVault. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
